How to tell if my DENIZEN® is an original?
Each original DENIZEN™ product is engraved with our brand name at the back (stainless steel) and/or features a tag (sterling silver & gold). In travel retail, they come in a sealed branded gift box. Our products are sold at reputable points of sale we have carefully selected and showcased on our trademarked displays with our brand clearly visible.

What is DENIZEN® jewelry made of?
Steel - Our affordable steel line is made of surgical-grade hypoallergenic 316L stainless steel made to live with you during all seasons and under all climates. Our pieces are plated with either rhodium or yellow/rose gold.
Silver - Our more premium .935 sterling silver line offers pieces that require a bit more maintenance (regular polishing with a dedicated cloth might be needed) and that will show a light patina over time. Original shine can be restored with professional polishing. Our pieces are plated with either rhodium or yellow/rose gold (called vermeil).
Gold - our fine jewelry line comes in 14kt, 18kt, and up to 24kt white, yellow, and rose gold. Only white gold is plated with rhodium. For gold, CZ are substituted with lab-grown diamonds.
Rhodium is one of the rarest and most expensive precious metals. It is a hard, silvery metallic element used as plating to produce a durable shine, corrosion-resistant coating on the finest jewelry.
Cubic zirconia [CZ] is a synthetic gemstone that replicates mineral diamond properties, such as light dispersion and density. CZ comes in a wide variety of colors. As it is lab made, CZ incurs a significantly lower cost and is way more sustainable than mined gems.
Stringing is made of polycotton or nylon, which is resistant and quick-dry.

Can I swim and shower with my DENIZEN®?
Yes, you can! We encourage you to keep it on when you bathe in the sun, swim in a pool, dive in the ocean, or exercise rain or shine. You just need to rinse it with clear water afterwards. After showering, simply ensure to give it a little shine to remove any trace of soap. We craft our products from high-quality materials, so you do not have to worry about taking them on and off. The more you will wear your bracelet, the more it will grow on you. However, you need to be aware that the polycotton or nylon string will eventually fade and naturally fiddle over the years, requiring its replacement just like any watch strap.

Will my DENIZEN® oxidize?
Never! Our products are made of either rhodium-coated stainless steel and sterling silver or 14kt-18kt gold so they will never oxidize. They are designed to live with you at all times to keep your Unforgettable rabel Memories alive. If the product is turning green, verify its authenticity. You can expect with confidence this will not happen with a genuine DENIZEN™ product because we treat all our jewelry with proprietary compounds and our base metals are never made of copper or brass.

Can I find a DENIZEN® during my next trip?
Retailers - We are not everywhere in the world yet, but we are trying hard to bring DENIZEN® to you, one destination at a time! Simply contact us and we will be happy to inform you of the nearest retailer in the area you are going to or live in. Alternatively, order on our website, we ship worldwide for free!
Online - Order online and get it delivered to your door for free worldwide! Lastly, if we do not carry your favorite destination yet, you can pre-order it at no additional cost and we will be delighted to manufacture the first one for you (lead time of 30-45 days)! You get to select the metal, size, style, and chain/string color of your choice and we offer complimentary custom engraving (names, initials, dates...).
