Shipping & returns

Shipping policy

  • DENIZEN ™ reserves the right to refuse any order.
  • Orders in stock are usually processed within 48 hours.
  • Special and/or non-stock orders requiring a manufactured period need a 30 day lead time.
  • Overnight deliveries are not offered as a standard shipping. However, it can be expressly requested at an additional cost that very with each country and region. 
  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes is the customer’s exclusive responsibility.
  • Depending where is the availability of the stocked item, we ship from 3 global facilities using USPS(USA), La Poste (France), Hongkong Post (Hong Kong).
  • DENIZEN  cannot be held responsible for your local custom duties and taxes at destination.
  • DENIZE N  cannot be held responsible for losses, delay or delivery at the wrong address, after your purchase has been delivered to the carrier.  

Shipping rates

  • Shipping to the US is always free.
  • For international orders, shipping is at a flat rate of US$18.75 for single-item orders. Free shipping when you order 2 items or more.

Delivery tracking

  • All shipments are sent with a tracking number .
  • You will receive an e-mail confirming the details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out and we are in possession of said tracking number.

Returns & refunds

  • Due to customs policies, we regret not to accept returns on international orders.
  • For accepted returns, you must obtain an exchange or credit number authorizing the return of your purchase within a week from the day of delivery. DENIZEN must receive the unworn product with its plastic protective film in its original condition and packing within the Exchange/Refund Period to the following address:
  • Shipping charges incurred in connection with the sending, exchange or return of new merchandise is non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of loss or damage to the product on its way back to us. 
  • Upon receipt of a valid exchange/refund claim during the Exchange/Refund Period, DENIZEN  will, in the case of an exchange, credit the purchase price of the exchanged product (exclusive of custom duties, taxes and shipping charges) toward the online order of an in-stock DENIZEN® Bracelet. Any price difference will be settled by crediting or charging your credit card used for the original purchase if we are unable to replace it. In case of a refund, DENIZEN  will credit the purchase price of the returned product (exclusive of any taxes and shipping charges) within a week of the receipt of the returned product.
  • DENIZEN  reserves the right to decline any return or exchange when the product is not in its original condition with visible wear and tear voiding its selling condition.
