Shipping & returns
- DENIZEN ™ reserves the right to refuse any order.
- Orders are usually processed within 48 hours.
- Overnight deliveries are not offered as a standard shipping. However, it can be expressly requested at your cos.
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes is the customer’s exclusive responsibility.
- We ship with USPS(USA), La Poste (France), Hongkong Post (Hong Kong) depending on the destination address and stock availability.
- DENIZEN ™ is not responsible for possible local custom duties and taxes at destination.
- Shipping to the US is always free.
- For international orders, shipping is at a flat rate of US$13.75.00 for single-item orders. Free shipping when you order 2 items or more.
- All shipments are sent with tracking.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming the details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped out.
Returns & refunds
- Due to customs policies, we regret not to accept returns on international orders.
- For US orders, you must obtain an exchange or refund number authorizing the return of your purchase within a week from the day of delivery. DENIZEN ™ must receive the unworn product with its plastic protection in its original packing within the Exchange/Refund Period to the following address:
- Shipping charges incurred in connection with the sending, exchange or return of new merchandise is non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the risk of loss or damage to the product.
- Upon receipt of a valid exchange/refund claim during the Exchange/Refund Period, DENIZEN ™ will, in the case of an exchange, credit the purchase price of the exchanged product (exclusive of taxes and shipping) toward the online order of an in-stock DENIZEN® Bracelet. Any price difference will be settled by crediting or charging your credit card used for the original purchase. In case of a refund, DENIZEN ™ will credit the purchase price of the returned product (exclusive of any taxes and shipping charges) within a week of the receipt of the reurned product.
- DENIZEN ™ reserves the right to decline any return or exchange when the product is not in its original condition with visible wear and tear in non-selling condition.
