3. DM us to tell us about your DENIZEN product: 

• City and country of purchase (ideally name of retailer).
• Self purchase or gift
• Photo of the front and back of your DENIZEN product

 Unless purchased online at our website or a gift, we recommend you save your proof of purchase.

You may take advantage of our charm LIFETIME WARRANTY program using our web contact form or use social media DM. The fee is $15.00 payable through out web store. Else your warranty covers any damage, breakage within a year period from your purchase date. Warranty is void if you register your product  beyond the threshold of 30 days following its purchase date.
