DENIZEN WORLD reserves the right to refuse any order. International orders can be billed internationally and shipped domestic. We do not ship to Africa or South East Asia with the exception of Singapore and Brunei.
All international with a ship to address outside the United States of America are responsible for paying any additional costs including but not limited to local customs duties and possibly taxes at destination. All sales on international orders are final. DENIZEN WORLD will NOT accept any returns or exchanges for international orders. Estimated delivery time is 25 - 30 days.
DENIZEN WORLD does currently ship to U.S. territories namely USVI and Puerto Rico but does not ship to any PO Box, or APO / FPO addresses unless it is by certified mail requiring signature and extra charges imposed by the USPS as per the rates in effect at the time of the transaction.
All orders are shipped by USPS and default to U.S. ground shipping. Two rates apply:
All fifty states of the USA - Free Standard Shipping applies USPS First Class.
International (including all US territories) - USPS First Class Mail Intl / First Class Package Intl Service - $8.00 USD per item and pro-rated for larger quantities.
For expedited shipping we use the shipping services of UPS (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, and 3rd Day Select). Please contact us at email@example.com. Shipping charges may vary according to the applicable freight rates at the time of shipping. Bear in mind these services apply to business days only. Weekend days and holidays at origin or destination are excluded from delivery schedule.

Please be aware for all orders shipped outside the US, there may be applicable entry duties for which you are solely responsible.
Within 30 days of the original purchase of the product (Exchange/Refund Claim), a new product may be exchanged for another Denizen Bracelet or returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and conditions.
To obtain an exchange or refund, Denizen Bracelet must receive the product with your original packing slip/UPC label and proof of purchase within the Exchange/Refund Period.
Send your purchased item(s) in their original seal, not worn, along with your complete and original packaging, packing slip and proof of purchase, with a note in any of these languages of your choice: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew, Indonesian, Mandarin Chinese or Portugese, indicating if you wish a refund or exchange for another Denizen Bracelet of a different area, to:
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise is non-refundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from Denizen Bracelet.
Upon receipt of a valid exchange/refund claim during the Exchange/Refund Period, Denizen will, in the case of an exchange, credit the purchase price of the exchanged product (exclusive of taxes and shipping/handling/insurance/duty charges) toward the online order of an in-stock Denizen Bracelet. In case of a refund, Denizen will refund the purchase price of the returned product (exclusive of any taxes, shipping charges (either direction), handling, re-stocking fee, insurance, duty charges paid) within 30 days of the receipt of the refund claim.
Denizen Bracelet reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in like-new condition with visible wear and tear in non-selling condition. Like-new means the complete product in its original carton packaging, warranties without damage (exclusive of any wear and tear).
Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed a fee of fifteen percent, that will include, restocking, cancellation and returned shipping charges.
In-stock online orders generally ship within two working days after an order is received. Should you wish to cancel your confirmed order, you must react within 24hrs timeframe. To cancel contact email@example.com with your sales order number and a refund will be issued within two working days.
