Peru is known for one of the seven wonders of the world, the Machu Picchu, but it is also home to one of the biggest sand dunes, the Cerro Blanco in the Nazca region, where the mysterious lines are still an unsolved puzzle.
Lake Titicaca is the largest of the continent and Cotahuasi Canyon is the deepest (almost double the size of the Grand Canyon!).
