As for every year, our factory will operate normally during the the Chinese New Year celebrated by our packaging and display vendors in China. However you can expected delays, to complete the packaging and receive your displays at this time of the year if your order falls between the 20th of January and 19th of February 2024.
This year our factory will be closed from Wednesday 3rd of July to Sunday 7th of July 2024 in observance of Independence Day.
This year our factory will be closed from Monday, 25th to Friday 29th of November in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
This year our factory will be closed from Monday, 20th to Friday, November 24th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
This year our factory will be closed from Monday, 23rd of December to January 2nd, 2025 in observance of the Holidays Season.
The countdown of our lead time starts from the first Monday immediately following the date of receipt of your agreed complete deposit, as determined by the value date credited by our bankers. To that effect, our finance department we will send you a notification to confirm receipt. to accelerate matters we urge you to send us every time your bank wire copy, to track your payment faster and credit you accurately.
Our standard production lead time (customized jewelry, packaging and displays) is 60 days with the exclusion of official holidays in the USA and for our stainless steel line Hong Kong official holidays. If the sixtieth day falls in the middle of the week, the countdown expires on the last working day of the week. Lead time means good are completed and packed in export cartons on standby ready to ship or be delivered to transporter. Should you require extra documents, the time required to complete and obtain all administrative export/import or customs paperwork needs to be added atop.
Lead time is affected also by our annual closing for one week during U.S. Thanksgiving the third week of November and another week to nine days for Christmas and New Years' (days fluctuate depending on calendar).
N.B.
Every year, we observe two peak production periods that increase significantly our lead time sometimes. So make note of these periods.
A) Period 1. Quarter preceding the start of winter high retail season (Caribbean, Indian Ocean, Tropical islands, Southern Hemisphere and snow ski resorts in the US - Canada Rockies and European Alps). Those months are: (Aug - Sept - Oct & Nov) for deliveries scheduled for Christmas retail sales. Avoid the rush.
B) Period 2. The quarter that precedes the start of summer high retail season in North America, Europe, and Mediterranean). This period runs from Mar - Apr to May.
Accurate dates are posted regularly every month. To avoid surprises, check frequently when is your ordering date scheduled for delivery.

Lead times are affected also with the closing of our Hong Kong office and packaging facility to match our merchandising (displays + packaging) vendors during Chinese New Year. Dates vary widely (+/- 15 days) from year to year based on their lunar year as opposed to our our Gregorian year.
