MOQ

For a cost effective production run, each retail order size requires the manufacturing of a  MOQ, that varies based on metal line type. See comparative table below for MOQ and number of SKU.

Our MOQ is determined by the optimization of multiple factors: apportioned fixed costs i.e. die casts. Down time during change of set up, scrapheaps rejected by rigorous QC (Quality Control), most cost-effective carton dimensions to ship at most economical rates.

Orders of options or accessories are added to MOQ and not substituted in lieu of standard items.

A Stainless steel MOQ of 500 pieces shipped in one carton consists of 20 different SKU in sets of 25 pieces each as per the breakdown above and below.

DISTRIBUTOR DMOQ STEEL

 In return for greater margins distributors are bound to a higher MOQ than retailers to service their territory, while taking advantage of economies of scale passed on to them.

The bare minimum quantity of a DMOQ  in steel line is 750 pieces for any MSKU (Master SKU) with the understanding DENIZEN concept is composed of 6 MSKU minimum, excluding all other optional accessories.
